Before we begin, we would like you to know your rights and the information relating to your personal data collected by the organisation of the activity.
First of all, the processing, communication and transfer of the personal data of all participants will comply with the provisions of the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data 3/2018 of 5 December. In accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned legislation, you may exercise the right of access, modification, opposition and cancellation, for which you should contact the main partner and person responsible for the project.
Secondly, regarding the recording or capture of images during the day, you should know that the right to one’s own image is a right recognised in article 18.1 of the Spanish Constitution and regulated by Law 5/1982, of 5 May, on the right to honour, personal and family privacy and one’s own image, as well as the application of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights.
