The iRaise program, jointly organized by the Polytechnic University of Valencia and the Agency for Health Quality and Assessment of Catalonia (AquAS), has been awarded the Best Health Education Project 2024 by the EIT Health Spain Foundation. The award was presented during the INNPULSO Salud 2025 conference, held in early April in Valencia, the leading event for innovation and entrepreneurship in health in Spain.
Rossanna Alessandrello, Scientific Director of iRaise, commented that “this award is a recognition that reinforces the organization’s work and commitment to transforming the health sector through innovation.”
To date, more than 200 professionals have completed the training and mentoring program for multidisciplinary teams in the healthcare field. In total, iRaise has helped define the initial phase of 15 healthcare innovation projects valued at €60 million. The course’s approach promotes new methodologies and facilitates the implementation of transformative solutions within the sector.
The next edition of the iRaise program will take place in early October 2025.
